New photographic evidence?

With the spread of H.D. Wards' journal of The Flayed One, new evidence is cropping up. 

These two pictures were submitted from Cedarcrest residents who wish to remain anonymous. The sources, however, swear that these photos contain evidence of The Flayed One.
